Insanely Amazing Jalapeno Cheese Dip
Holy cow, this dip is AWESOME!!!!! Made it just as it says and it is perfect. I have taken this to four Christmas parties now and at every single party, everyone wants the recipe! And I must say, after everyone eats the dip, the bread with the warm baked-in dip is outstanding!!!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
Excellent!!! Per others' advice, I used frozen chicken (SO easy) and store-bought tortilla chips. I know homemade tortilla chips are better, but this made for such a quick, easy, delicious meal! Thank you Elena!

Chicken Fiesta Salad
I agree, really really good! Our favorite part is the bean/corn mixture, and I have used that mixture as a salsa too. What's great about this salad is that the recipe is delicious as is, but you can also add whatever you want to it--cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips, etc.
