Tasty Baked Chicken
Really yummy, even my kids liked it. I used chicken breast and it turned out wonderful.

Meatball Sandwich
Delicious! I think you could use the inside of the baguette that you scoop out for the bread crumbs! Just give them a zap in a food processor and presto!

Incredibly Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf
Very yummy-even my 3 kids ate it. I used Italian blend shredded cheese, added a half of a zucchini shredded, Italian herbs, garlic and spaghetti sauce instead of ketchup. I also halved everything b/c I wanted to use just one pound of the turkey. I will make it again!
