Beth's Spicy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Mmmmm. The only thing I did different was plump the raisins in boiling water before adding them to the dough. They were better the second day!!!

Nectarine Pie
I thought this was flavorless. :( Disappointed, and I followed the recipe and others suggestions. The best part was the topping.

Bleu Cheese Coleslaw
Followed the directions with the exception of the onion. I let this sit overnight to gain the full flavor. Excellent!
