Goat Cheese and Spinach Turkey Burgers

This was delicious. I ended up using oats instead of bread crumbs because I was out. I also added shredded mushroom and onion. I did add more goat cheese, but next time I think I'll up it. And I definately plan to try it with feta. Thanks for such a yummy recipe!

Classic Tossed Salad

I used a garlic & herb feta cheese which gave some great flavor. I also took out the nuts and seeds since my husband can't have them for medical reasons. BUT the salad was fantastic! So simple...

Crab Stuffed Mushrooms III

Cut the recipe. I used imitation crab and the flavor just wasn't there. Next time I'd use real crab..and up teh spice a bit more.

Twice Baked Sweet Potatoes

This recipe was rather tasty, however, i did not make it with the walnuts because of allergy and i sprinkled a little extra brown sugar on the top. Definately a keeper.
