Beef Cabbage Hash
This was very good and all three of us liked it, even the picky 8yo. I chunked the potatoes, added 2tsp garlic, 2 tsp worcestshire and 1/2 tsp beef granules. After 10 minutes simmering I turned off the burner and let the covered pot sit a while (we had to go somewhere) and it was great when we returned.
