They were okay, but they did have a meatloaf texture. Next time I will try it without the egg. They also tended to fall apart. Do NOT cook these in the oven or stovetop. The bacon grease seeps off and causes the meat to burn. Also, it helped cooking the bacon a little beforehand, otherwise the bacon wouldn't cook all the way.

The cheese flavor is very strong, but the fish and cheese flavors compliment each other.
