Baked Dijon Salmon

Reviewed: Feb. 20, 2009
Yummo! This recipe has over a thousand reviews and hold 4 and a half stars...ignore any bad reviews. this recipe is well worth trying. I followed the recipe as written with the exception of using fresh parsley, I only had dried. And since my salmon was already skinned I coated the entire piece rather then just as a topping. Don't be afraid of the few bad review they probably did something wrong cause this truly is a great recipe. I will most certainly make it again!

Egg Salad Sandwiches

** Fabulous recipe** The dill adds a great flavor, which is a nice change from the same'ol egg salad. The only addition I made was a 1/2 cup cooked, finely chopped bacon, otherwise I followed the recipe as written. I also ate this on an Oat Bran Pita pocket with lettuce . NUM YUMMY !!

Spinach Cheese Manicotti

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2007
I thought this recipe was great, but it seems to lack something, so I the added cottage cheese, and additional egg and about 2 cups cooked chopped chicken breast { since I had some ],used red onion and upped the mozzarella a bit. I also cooked the manicotti for about half the time the box suggested, so about 4 to 5 minutes, omitted the water, and it was out of this world awesome good eaten. Oh I also used two boxes of manicotti since adding the chicken and cottage cheese made more filling. Good thing too it went fast !! wrote it all down and WILL be fixen thisen again.
