Gingerbread Biscotti
Wow. Great receipe! I made them once..no one liked them but me. I made them again. This time I spread the bottoms with melted white chocolate chips. Everyone went crazy..even some tough critics or said they don't like gingerbread. The white chocolate is a perfect addition because it mellows out the spice of the cookie with an added creamey flavor. Not as crunchy as other biscotti..but no one cared due to the yummy flavor.

Aunt Anne's Sesame Cookies
Wow. Awesome cookie! I toasted the seeds at 350 for 10 mins. Watch them closely to be sure they don't burn. I added 2tbs of Ground anise seed. You can buy ground anise seed and crushed anise seed online at Penzeys Spices. Thank you for posting this receipe!

Pumpkin Pecan White Chocolate Cookies
WOW! This cookie is the best cookie I've ever made and I've made a lot!! It taste very much like pumpkin cheesecake. I increased the pumpkin spice as suggested. I thought the cookies were just a little too sweet so I will decrease the sugar by 1/2 cup. Also..I may try just a little less white chocolate chips so they don't overwhelm the cookie. This is a must try! Oh..note to those who are having problems with the baking..try weighing your flour and try refrigerating your dough for a few hours and then maybe squishing them down a little. Mine came out perfect..more cakelike than chewy which I prefer. Good luck!
