Chicken Breast Stuffed with Spinach Blue Cheese and Bacon
OMG! It was delicious! The moment I saw the picture I knew I had to try it. The hardest part was keeping the chicken closed and not frying the cheese, but the toothpicks did the best they could. Served with garlic herb pasta bowtie, it could not have been any better!

Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding
I did this one without the chocolate, i just wasn't in the mood for chocolate at that time.) When it came to soaking the bread, I placed the ingredients in a bowl with an airtight lid and turned it over every two minutes for the tem minute period. I must admit, it was very yummy!

Hot Toddy
I followed the advise of two other raters - larger quantities & used tea as my base liquid. I made the Christmas Spice Tea really strong and added a little more whiskey to it. After the first two, I didn't care about my cough anymore! LOL. I was just angry to discover that I'd been making this for years but withour as much whiskey in the recipe! LMAO!!
