Wine Marinade
I finally found a marinade for pork that we absolutely love! I used center cut pork loin chops (3/4" thick) and marinaded them for about 2 hours, then grilled them. They were delicious and so juicy. The flavors totally complimented the pork and did not overpower it.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
This was very easy and very tasty. I added chopped zucchini and green pepper to get some green veggies in.

Beef and Barley Soup III
This was an excellent recipe! Very flavorful. I cooked my roast in a slow cooker, then used the broth in the soup (and added more broth to it.) I loved the addition of the cabbage.
