Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

This was really good. I did make a few changes but ONLY because I threw this together at the last minute. I did not have fresh garlic or ginger root so I used garlic powder and ground ginger. Still an excellent recipe. Also, I never fry my food so I used the grill. I did notice it wanted to burn but my mahi mahi filets were really thick so they took longer to cook. You could use any mild fish like cod or tilapi too.

Cinnamon Pie

Easy pie made with pantry ingredients. It was good the first day but from now on I will wait to serve it after it has been refrigerated. It was much better. It took awhile to set up after baking so don't be alarmed if it looks like it isn't done.

Asian Turkey Burgers

These burgers had a wonderful flavor and were a hit with my family. I hate to waste so I just used the whole egg and the entire 16 oz pkg of ground turkey breast. Grilled them instead of cooking in the skillet. Definitely will make these again.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are the best I have ever tasted. They were so soft and chewy. The pudding mix does change the texture making the cookies more cake like but they are so soft I really don't care! I always underbake my cookies slightly and let them sit on the cookie sheet for a few minutes to continue baking. I make sure the sheets are cool before putting any cookie dough on them. They came our perfect!

Campbell's® Easy Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas

This was good but I didn't make it according to directions by mistake. Mixed everything together and didn't save anything for the top. I used doctored up canned enchilada sauce I had on hand. I went the lower fat route with fat-free tortillas, cream soup and sour cream. Made me feel less guilty about eating such a rich dish.

Melt In Your Mouth Peanut Butter Cookies

These cookies are soft and chewy. My husband thought something was missing. I compared other recipes and noticed most called for vanilla extract. I am going to add a few teaspoons next time. I decreased the baking temp to 350. Just don't like to bake anything at 375 seems to hot in my oven. 12 minutes is too long of a baking temp unless you make really really big cookies. I made walnut sized balls baked them about 8-9 min let them sit on the cookie sheet a few min and they are perfect. I also got between 5-6 dozen compared to the 3 dozen the recipe says it makes so I must have made mine alot smaller.

Barbecued Beef

Great sauce recipe. I am going to try brushing this on chicken over the grill this summer. I used about 1/2 the liquid smoke the recipe called but that is the only change. That change is personal preference so if you like it smoky add the full amount!

Sausage French Bread Pizza

Quick, easy and good. The best combination. Can't eat sausage so I left that off but did add mushrooms. This is such a versatile idea. You can mix and match ingredients just like on pizza. Makes a nice lunch. No more Stouffers for us. Also I never measure the cheese or sauce just spread it on!

Chicken with Stuffing

This is really good. You can also bake it in the oven at 325 for 2 hours. Also if baking it, I would make the stuffing according to package directions. Top with shredded cheese. Yum

A great snack my entire family enjoys. I have tried other recipes which only call for salt and oil/butter. They were just okay. I really like the addition of the worcestershire sauce.

Easy Granola Bars

Amazing! So quick to make. I used fat-free sweetened condensed milk and left out the cranberries only because my kids won't eat them. I sprayed my hand with no-stick butter flavored spray and firmly pressed the mixture into my 13X9 pan. I didn't have any trouble with the bars crumbling.
