I love to cook Italian food and recipes that have been in my family and my for generations. Every year to celebrate my birthday my Great Aunt makes chicken and polenta (a family recipe she learned from her Grandmother). Making cut-out cookies at Christmas time. I make chicken & risotto, polenta and wedding soup as good as my Great Aunt and Grandma! I have mastered homemade bread, dinner rolls and pizza crust. I used miracle whip in a spinach dip recipe in place of mayonnaise once. It was horrible! I had to do alot of doctoring with other ingredients to make it edible.
