Spicy Maryland Crab Dip

Very yummy, good with canned lump crab meat. I used the Old Bay reduced sodium (2 tbs) and it was great, not salty at all. Awesome with Blue Corn chips.

Smooth Sweet Tea

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2009
This is exactly how I made my Southern Sweet tea for years until I discovered Lipton's Cold Brew tea bags. You make your tea just the same way, only with no boiling!! use cold water and three tea bags then add the sugar and baking soda and stir well. I will let mine brew for 30-min. to an hour because I like it strong, but you can go with it in 10 min. if you are in a pinch.

Pasta Pomodoro

Great receipe!! almost like the Chicken Bruchetta Pasta from Fridays, but better. I used 1/2 cooking Sherry and 1/2 Chicken broth, will increase both next time. Very, very good even for left overs.

Very good and quick, will make again. I really liked the taste of the sauce, the butter gives it a real rich taste.

Tasty Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2005
Very good, I doubled the recipe for Thanksgiving and it was totally wiped out! The only change that I might make in the future is to cut down on the soy sauce or to use lite soy sauce. The flavor of the soy seemed to be a little overbearing, but still tasty!

Momma's Wine Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2005
Great cake and so easy! I dusted the sides of the cake with cinnamon and sugar, as suggested, and I also frosted the top of the cake with white chocolate almond icing and sprinkled cinnamon and sugar on top. It made a really pretty birthday cake for my sister, I put a fresh flower in the middle and candles all around. Thanks for the recipe!
