Honey and Flaxseed Bread

Our bread is still cooling, but after only a taste--I rushed to the computer to gush thank-you's for this recipe! I was out of whole-wheat flour (just ran out...will definitely use it next time), so I had to use white flour (which I actually do NOT like). I doubled the honey...and ground the flax seeds (adding only a tablespoon full of unground seeds for look and texture). Wow! This is a heavenly bread that we will make routinely. I am a big fan of flax, so this was just what we were looking for! You can't go wrong with this recipe!

Soy Milk Pancakes

This was an easy recipe that my picky 6 year old loved (that alone is worth 5 stars)! I left out the almond extract...but otherwise followed the recipe to the letter. We'll be making this one again and again!
