I've been in the USAF for about 14 years now and have had to cook for myself and numerous potlucks for all these years... I've been around a lot of different cultures and their great food and I love it. You can guarantee that at any gathering their will be a dish from at least 5 different cultures. I love Mexican food because I grew up in California and its so prevelant. I've since traveled around the world and fell in love with Italian, Indian, German, Korean, Greek, and French food. Alot of that comes into the things I cook at home now. My absolute favorite thing to cook is pasta! I love all the different sauces you can make. Every time is different. I also like to try new recipes.
