Brownies, pasta dishes, cupcakes Helping my mother in the kitchen on the rare occasion she cooked, and helping my Aunt and Gram prepare before family parties. Kitty Litter Cake-it was a HIT at my Halloween Party and the office the next day! My Chocolate cupcakes are to die for! Somehow a batch of brownies I baked turned completely black and charred in the oven and set off the smoke detector in my apartment. The mystery of it all is that I used the same recipe I always do and it was only in the oven 25 minutes!!!
