Kona Chicken
We loved this. I did have to make a couple of alterations, based on what I had on hand. I didn't have quite enough honey, so I made up the difference with molasses. I also used boneless skinless chicken breast and regular onion. I thickened the sauce with some cornstarch and served it over rice with some steamed broccoli. My husband licked his plate! It was awesome!
