Apple Cranberry Bread
Very good.
The proportion of apples and cranberries to batter really is very high. In the bowl, it looked more like fruit salad than anything else. I even left out the nuts, thinking that the batter couldn't handle any mroe solids. When I put it in the oven, I was worried that it was not going to turn out at all. I shouldn't have worried. It came out great. But I should have added the nuts -- without them, the flavor was a little one dimensional.
