Streusel Apple Coffeecake
Very tasty. But batter was so think that it was difficult to work with -- particularly spreading the second half of the batter over the apples. Also, I prefer my coffeecake to be a bit less like cake and have more of a crumb to it.

Apple Cranberry Bread
Very good. The proportion of apples and cranberries to batter really is very high. In the bowl, it looked more like fruit salad than anything else. I even left out the nuts, thinking that the batter couldn't handle any mroe solids. When I put it in the oven, I was worried that it was not going to turn out at all. I shouldn't have worried. It came out great. But I should have added the nuts -- without them, the flavor was a little one dimensional.

Cheddar Biscuit Cups
I did not have self-rising flour, so had to follow the tip about adding baking powder and salt to my flour. The resulting biscuits were so salty that I couldn't eat mine. I think this is the first time EVER that I have left a bread product unfinished.
