Lemon Yogurt Muffins
I made these and only made 2 changes: 1) substituted 1/2 whole wheat flour and 2) added more lemon zest. They turned out awesome!!! I think the trick is to make sure you use full-fat yogourt (none of that 'fat free' stuff). I used vanilla Activia.

Caramel Cups
These are okay. I am not a big fan of the tart crusts. They just tasted a bit blah and greasy. I have made something similar in the past with a shortbread-type crust and it was much yummier!

Gramma's Date Squares
I liked the flavor and texture of these, but I found there was WAY too much crust/crumb mix. Instead of having these as nice finger desserts, they will have to be served in a bowl b/c they are very thick and huge. Next time I will make them in a 9x13 so they turn out smaller.
