Brown Sugar Oatmeal Pancakes
Quick, easy and delicious. I subsituted Soy Milk instead of buttermilk. Can't wait to make these again.

Doreen's Ham Slices on the Grill
This is the second year I made this for Thanksgiving and everyone absolutely loved it. I used a pre-sliced spiral ham and had none left by the end of the night. Even my guests who don't normally like ham loved it. Don't change anything and enjoy!

Italian Style Flounder
Delicious. Paired it with the Mushroom Saute recipe and turned out great. My wife loved it so much she suggested I cook every night.
