Baked Omelet Roll
It is okay, I added mushrooms, onions, and used monteray jack cheese as I was out of cheddar. It needs some zip. Will probably not try this again.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
I've tried many, many blueberry muffin recipes and this is by far the best. If you use frozen blueberries, be sure to purchase whole unsweetened for almost the same results are the fresh.

Batter White Bread
I was impressed this bread is fantastic, the first time I've ever made a batter bread and I was concerned about the taste and texture, but it is the closest to store purchased bread. I will be making this again and again.
