Rich Chocolate Frosting
Loved it. Easy as can be too! Following other's suggestions, I made a half batch and had PLENTY to generously frost a 2 -ayer 9" cake. This is a keeper.

White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies IV
Really good...and easy too. I used white chocolate chips (1 cup) instead of chopping my own. Chopped my own macadamia nuts too and then saw them at Walmart already chopped up! I don't really like white chocolate and even I ate several.

Guacamole
Wow...this is great. I've never made my own guacamole before and was a little intimidated but this was so simple and quick and absolutely fantastic! I left out the cayenne pepper (because I forgot about it!) but wouldn't change a thing!
