Creamy Rice Pudding
outstanding recipe. i used medium-grain brown rice, which adds a whole new level of taste, and a boatload of cinnamon, because cinnamon makes everything better. :)

Mexican Rice I
yeah, this is pretty much delicious. i use short grain instead of long grain rice, and it fluffs up perfectly in twenty minutes. also, like many other people, i've used the rotel tomato/chile mix as well as diced tomatoes, and instead of water, i use chicken broth. mmm.

Honey's Butter Cake
this was a really nice starter recipe, easy to follow and make. i did every by the steps except for one: i made it a chai bundt cake, with allspice, ground cloves, ground ginger, and a little black pepper mixed with sugar, instead of just cinnamon. it came out very nicely. :)
