Joey's Peanut Butter Cookies
Add some chocolate chips to this cookie and it make a nice twist on an old favorite. I agree with some of the other reviewers that this recipe doesn't produce a very peanut buttery flavor. I probably would not use this recipe as my main peanut butter cookie recipe, but it works well as a peanut butter chocolate chip cookie recipe.

Iced Pumpkin Cookies
Pretty good. These cookies are have a softer, more cake-like texture which is surprising. They are also very mild in flavor, so don't expect a big pumpkin taste. Apart from that though, they are very good cookies.

Cranberry Almond Biscotti
Really good. I coated mine with melted white chocolate after they had cooled. My father-in-law couldn't keep his hands off them.
