Tzatziki VII
Oh this is so good! Straining the yogurt created a beautiful texture and I just used a clean pantyhose foot for it. Tasted better the next day when the garlic taste really came out.

This is awesome! I used 1 clove of garlic instead of 2, dried parsley instead of mint, added a squirt of lemon juice and strained the cucumber.

Honey Lime Chicken Wings
Used this as a marinade for chicken breasts and it was awesome.
