Coffee Butter Frosting

Jenny's Grilled Chicken Breasts

Good, simple recipe. The chicken was moist. Grill Mates Montreal Seasoning by McCormick could be substituted for the seasoned salt. This is a recipe that allows for changes according to personal tastes.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

This stew has very good flavor. I browned the meat first and cut down the pepper by half. Otherwise great and easy!

These muffins do have a good texture and healthful ingredients, but not a lot of flavor. Doubling the amount of honey and oil might improve the flavor.

I've made these several time and they're very good. They are a bit too peppery for me, so I cut down the amount of pepper by half.

Baked Beans II

Great recipe. My son thought they were a bit too sweet, but it would be easy to cut down on the sugar. I substituted vegetarian baked beans for the pork and beans.

Best Brownies

Cheese Biscuits I

Super Short Ribs

Creamy Coleslaw

This is quite good---I added a little sugar though since the cabbage I used was somewhat bitter. Next time I'd either leave out the onion altogether or use a very mild onion.
