Stuffed Green Peppers II
yum! the only complaint i had is that the peppers were still not quite as soft as i wanted them to be after 45 minutes. i added shredded mozzarella to the tops with ten minutes left and they melted nicely on top. yum! i also left out one of the cans of tomatoes because i didn't have them and they still turned out nice. and i only used half of an onion. i'll definitely make these again! they were moist and very flavorful.

Cheese Garlic Biscuits II
Absolutely delicious. They taste just as good as the Red Lobster biscuits, especially for being really cheap and easy, not to mention forgiving. (I used the wrong amount of cheese, and Velveeta at that...) My brother and my mom were raving about these - we couldn't get enough! I share the recipe all the time.

Asparagus Quiche
I made this last night - it was my first quiche and came out perfect! I did everything as followed, but didn't have any half-and-half on hand so used regular 1% milk. It tasted just fine to my mom and me. The bacon makes it very tasty, and the a slice is filling enough for a quick breakfast fix in the morning before school!
