Curry Beef Stir-Fry
I used the others idea and used double curry but I also added some shiitake mushrooms and a can of water chestnuts. But even so this was such a bland and boring dish. I was not a big fan at all. I might use the base again because the consistency was good and I used really good grade sirloin so that was good but other then that it was over all totally boring...

Mushroom Pork Chops
I would give this recipe a three but my boyfriend really loved it so it gets a four. I followed the recipe to a T. In the future I would try some herbs and spices maybe a little Thyme. They were just a little to bland for my likes.
