Easy Ham and Cheese Appetizer Sandwiches
Made these for a baby shower & they were a hit! At first people were like "so what, it's just a ham & cheese sandwich"... until they tasted it. I did halve the amount of butter mixture & still had enough to do both sides of bread. I did not spread any of the butter on top.

Beer and Brown Sugar Steak Marinade
I've used this marinade many times now & it turns out perfect every time. It's great on Flat Iron Steaks!

Shrimp Salsa
Very simple, but delicious. I used green onion instead of red and all else was the exact recipe. Guests really enjoyed it. I'll definitely make again.
