Mushroom Orzo
I love this recipe! I use green onions, fresh garlic, and chicken broth instead of water. I also prefer grated Parmesan cheese.

Italian Sausage and Peppers with Penne
Sorry, but I won't make this again. I wanted something different for the hot italian sausage I needed to cook. The pasta was dry b/c there wasn't enough sauce. The sausage flavor was not very strong and there wasn't much kick to the recipe.

Shrimp and Avocado Cocktail
Awesome dip! Few changes... I used med. shrimp that I cut in half, two avocados, and like others, used mayo, cocktail sauce and chili sauce instead of all cocktail sauce. I plan to make again next week for a luncheon at work. Thanks for a great idea!
