Authentic Korean Bulgogi
Absolutely delicious! I ran into a few problems that required me to improvise though. 1. I couldn't find pear juice at the store. So I pureed two fresh pears. 2. Instead of using a white cooking wine, I decided to go with Moscato, it's a pear based white wine, and figured it would be perfect for diluting my pear puree. (And it worked great)! 3. Due to horrible weather conditions, I couldn't grill it outside, so I cooked it up in a cast iron skillet... and it still turned out perfect.

Mmm-Mmm Better Brownies
This is the best "from scratch" brownie recipe I've ever made. They were perfectly moist, and just the right richness. The only time I've ever been able to get brownies this good is when I make them from a box mix! I'll definitely be using this recipe again and again.

Baked Ziti I
Although I did not follow the recipe as it is shown. I made a ricotta mixture, instead of using sour cream. I mixed together ricotta, with some mozzarella, basil, oregano and 1 beaten egg. Then I layered it, noodles, meat, ricotta mix, shredded mozzarella, and continued until I ran out, making sure to top it with mozzarella. Then I cooked this UNCOVERED, however I made sure to put a cookie sheet on the oven rack below it, which was a wise choice since it did dribble over a little. (I loaded the casserole dish right to the rim). Anyway, the end result was fantastic. It tasted like a cross between lasagna and ziti - and I will definitely be using this recipe again!
