Pizza Casserole
Delicious! Substituted the beef with some italian sausage and my family loved it! Will definitely make again.

Baked Potato Soup
This recipe is amazing! My family loved it and friends wanted the recipe. I took some advice from other reviewers. First, I did cook the potatoes for about 5-10 minutes in the chicken broth before I put everything together. I also let the soup simmer for about 15-20 minutes after I mixed everything. About 5 minutes before the soup was done, I mashed it a bit just to thicken it. It tasted wonderful, definitely a hearty soup to fill your belly!

Buttery Soft Pretzels
these pretzels are the most amazing thing ever! they were gobbled up almost immediately. i did follow some suggestions of other reviewers in not using the full amount of flour, probably only used about 4.5 cups of flour instead of the full 5. and i also substituted the oil with melted butter. i put salt on 6 and cinnamon sugar on the other 6. the cinnamon sugar ones are fabulous for breakfast!
