Baked Potato Soup
This recipe is amazing! My family loved it and friends wanted the recipe. I took some advice from other reviewers. First, I did cook the potatoes for about 5-10 minutes in the chicken broth before I put everything together. I also let the soup simmer for about 15-20 minutes after I mixed everything. About 5 minutes before the soup was done, I mashed it a bit just to thicken it. It tasted wonderful, definitely a hearty soup to fill your belly!
