Slovak Stuffed Cabbage
Very good recipe! We made it veggie-style substituting all meats with veggie crumbles from Bocca and veggie meatballs from VeggieBurger. It turned out wonderfully! I am not a huge fan of the Kraut in this recipe . . . I would have cut in in half. As it is, we didn't use all it called for. I also may have increased the sugar by double, just to take the edge off the Kraut. But these are all personal tweaks.
