fun to make and great to eat. I made a bunch of these to have on hand for when I'm in a pinch for a meal.Scaled the recipe down to serve 4. I usually will toss another handful of any shaped pasta that I have on hand to beef it up a little; it's definitely not necessarily though. This is hearty enough to be a meal. Add a loaf of French Bread &/or a salad and you're set!

This is outstanding! The best 7 layer dip I've ever made. The cream cheese/sour cream mixture is so good! I made it for a little ladies-get-together and there were only 8 of us here and we polished off the whole thing!

This is really good but I'm use to my mom's stuffed peppers and she always makes them with a can of tomato soup. So next time I make this I'll add that just to make it a bit creamier. But this was very good and my husband liked it a lot too and he usually doesn't care for skillet or casserole type meals.
