About this Cook
My husband & I live on a small farm. We keep horses, dogs, cats & chickens. I try to keep a garden every year. I love the fresh eggs and vegetables.
My favorite things to cook
The only thing I don't care to cook is fish & sea food, only because I don't eat them. Fajitas are my favorite. Spaghetti/lasagna is my husbands.

Easy Lemon Cake
Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. We loved it. This cake was excellent. Even my husband who is not big on cakes in general ate two peices every day! I used a lemon cake mix but was out of lemon jello so used the strawberry I had on hand then followed the recipe exactly for the rest of it. Who would have thought it would still be so great, but it was! Cake was light moist and tangy. I can only imagine how good it will be with all lemon. I am going to make it again this weekend when my sister comes from Colorado! Hmmm maybe strawberry cake mix with strawberry jello, gosh can't wait to try lots of different combinations. LOL Thanks again for sharing this.

Sausage Balls
This is a family xmas favorite. My two kids are grown now & still ask for these every year. I use 3 C Bisquick, 2 C Pepper Jack Cheese, 2 Large Eggs, 1.25 lbs of Uncooked Potters Hot Sausage (made in OK) & a dash or two tobasco. We like them Hot! Done this way & cooked on Parchement @ 400 for 15-17 minutes they come out perfect.
