Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III
These cookies tasted nice, but they baked up more like a muffin top than a cookie. They also didn't store well - they were very soft and floppy, and stuck together quite a bit. The choco chips also seemed a bit heavy for the cookie, which was airy and light. This is also not something you could pick up and eat with one hand, they would fall all to pieces. This gets 3 stars for flavor, but the consistency needs work in my opinion - either to be adapted to a muffin/cupcake or to a "proper" cookie.

Easy OREO Truffles
These tasted ok, but were not really worth the extra effort. Eating the Oreos from the box was more satisfying for a chocolate craving. I'll stick to making ganache truffles from now on - same amount (or less!) work, WAY better taste!

Russian Tea Cakes I
These were very simple to make and delicious to eat! (I ate FAR too many myself!) I substituted pecans for walnuts, and probably chopped them a bit too fine in my food processor - it might have been nice to have a few larger pieces mixed in. Per a previous review, I did use salted butter, but I might try 1 stick salted and 1 unsalted next time, since it did come out just a TAD salty. Everyone at work loved them, though! They went FAST, and everyone who came by had a different name for them! Snowballs or Mexican Wedding Cakes were what I heard most often. Definitely a keeper!
