I grew up in a small town in Indiana and now I'm living in Phoenix as a web programmer. My girlfriend doesn't really enjoy cooking because it intimidates her so I'm pretty much forced to cook. Though, I wouldn't really call it "forced" to because I enjoy cooking and always have. I'm always looking for more cooking challenges. Piccata chicken, baby back ribs, cajun foods, pasta dishes Cooking great food! How would you define a cooking triumph? Not burning the main dish? None so far :).
