This is a WONDERFUL recipe! I just picked Wealthy and Paula Red apples over the weekend so tried out some recipes, and this is my favorite so far. Wonderful flavor, easy to make, light and moist. I doubled the recipe and had no problems. I was starting to run low on all-purpose flour, so I used half whole wheat flour in the double-batch. Love the taste! I also just used one batch worth of topping, and it was enough for both loaves (I prefer to go easy on bread toppings). Delicious!! Thank you!
