My brother and I created a beef and sweet potatoe meatball dish using leftovers. It was fantastic! Well, there have been a few. One time I was trying to make a Japanese Fruitcake for my Grandfather who was visiting from out of town. While making the orange filling, I stepped away from the stove for a second and turned back to see the stove on fire. Eveidently the sugar syrup had overflowed into the eye. YIKES!
