White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake
Absolutely perfect. I followed others advice and used 2 cups oreo crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter for the crust. I also used Raspberry Jam instead.Melted 3 cups of chips in the microwave along with the half and half. Covered bottom of springform pan with aluminum foil, put the pan on a cookie sheet adn filled the bottom of the cookie sheet with water. Baked for one hour, then opened the oven and let the cheesecake sit for another hour before removing from oven. Creamy, no cracks, beautiful. I took the cheesecake to my in laws for christmas dinner and my mother in law told me I should sell them!! Thank you for the awesome recipe.
