My favorite things to cook
I love healthy foods, soups and I make an AWESOME veggie lasagne.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mother doesn't cook much and so I am the one in the family that makes the traditions. This means they are fairly new! One is gingerbread cookies at Christmastime (one thing I'm good at baking!) and my leek mashed potatoes at Thanksgiving.
My cooking triumphs
Making a low fat, salt free, vegetarian lasagne for my uncle who has high blood pressure. It tasted good, it almost tasted great, it just needed a TINY bit of salt!
My cooking tragedies
Once I caught bread on fire in the broiler, which wouldn't have been so bad except I had just told off my 18 year old roommate for burning things!
