Amish Breakfast Casserole
Everyone enjoyed this! I took the left- overs to my neighbor and she demanded to have the recipe. I made it just as it is written. My husband asked me to add sausage to it next time. So, I will cut back on the bacon and add some sausage to it too.

Surprise Apple Salad
I loved this and so did everyone else. I didn't tell them that there were Snickers in it. They were very surprised!! I had my snickers in the frig. before cutting them and they were hard to cut and they fell apart. When I make this again I will cut them at room tempature. I will also try this with Heath bars the next time!!

Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole
I would really give this a 4 1/2 stars. My family loved it. I have a picky eater and she had seconds. The only reson for the 4 1/2 stars is it was runny. I will add another can of cream of something to thinkin it up. I will make this again and try adding cream of mushroom or something. Thank you for this new addition to my menu
