I'm an active mom & wife. I love cooking with my kids, and they learn so much from it. I love easy cooking, especially soups and baked foods. I like to cook from scratch, but it's nice to let it finish cooking while I clean up or do something else. Cooking for a small Italian army with my sisters & my mom (the greatest cook that ever lived!). Making my mom's Minestrone soup and having it turn out just like hers! No matter how big a pot I make, there's never a drop left. Never take your eyes off the stove!!!! Things tend to burn or catch on fire.
