Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf
Followed suggestions and made with 1/2 cup butter, and 1 cup yogurt. A little too much poppy seed for my taste. Will try with 1/3 cup next time. GREAT recipe.

Korean Spicy Chicken and Potato (Tak Toritang)
Super easy to make. Made a couple of days before to let the ingredients soak up the flavoring and, let it simmer for a LONG time. The meat was flaking off the bones! Yum!
