Love this! A cool (easy) and refreshing dessert. You can use cheesecake flavored pudding as well for a different taste.

Beautiful and delicious! These are the perfect oatmeal cookie. I substituted margarine for the butter and regular shortening for the butter flavored shortening, but other than that left the recipe as is. These are great with chocolate chips, craisins, raisins and walnuts, or any other mixins you like! If you don't like the clove flavor, you can leave it out and up the cinnamon a little.

Love this cake! If you think the sauerkraut taste is a little strong, just rinse it off before chopping it. It adds a nice texture to this cake. The only change I made was substituting applesauce for the butter, which turned out great. This is a very moist cake recipe. I frosted it with the Chocolate Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting on this site - a big hit!
