I am happily married with two dogs. I have coooked for just about as long as I can remember. I love to cook for other peoople, especially because my favorite recipes make a lot of food and I don't like left overs! lasagna, stuffed manicotti, chicken enchiladas, anything in a crock pot, and all kinds of desserts When I was in high school I made a double chocolate rum cake, and it was the most beautiful cake I've ever made! I never made it again though, because the taste wasn't as appealing as the regular rum cake I make. I cannot bake angel food cake without the batter overflowing and making a huge mess in my oven! I even bought a bigger tube pan, just like the instructions on the box call for.
