Honey Wheat Bread I
The first time I tried this recipe I was in a hurry and got the water a little too hot and "killed" the yeast to some extent... the next time I slowed down to "normal baking speed" and it turned out great!
The texture for a wheat bread is nice and light. I like the depth that the flavor has. I think that the slight sweetness that the honey adds is PERFECT. The honey flavor is not dominant, it is just a subtle hint of flavor... JUST PERFECT!
