Zucchini Pie
Great recipe. I look for recipes that use up alot of zucchini, (not like 1/2 cup). 3 cups plus fits the bill here. Lots and lots of black pepper and less oil. Tried one yesterday it was great. Another one in the oven this morning and am planning on sharing with the neighbors. Definitely "worthwhile." Thank you

Oat-Rageous Chocolate Chip Cookies
Pretty sweet, I'd like to cut back on some sugar. If you can not decide whether to bake an oatmeal cookie or a peanut butter cookie or a choco chip cookie, this cookie is for you. De-lish and worthwhile!

Stuffed Pepper Soup II
This recipe is truly the best. I have made it numerous times over the past three months and instead of beef I have been using ground venison. With the fresh onions and garlic and gr. peppers any gamey taste is gone. Half pound of the ground meat is perfect in here.
