Green Onion Cakes
I have never heard of these before, the recipe caught my attention the other day and since, I could not get it out of my head. I followed this recipe and the instructions, ...easy and DELISH! Just my husband and I enjoying them today but you can bet I will make them to impress company soon. Thank you for the great recipe.

Zucchini Pie
Great recipe. I look for recipes that use up alot of zucchini, (not like 1/2 cup). 3 cups plus fits the bill here. Lots and lots of black pepper and less oil. Tried one yesterday it was great. Another one in the oven this morning and am planning on sharing with the neighbors. Definitely "worthwhile." Thank you

Oat-Rageous Chocolate Chip Cookies
Pretty sweet, I'd like to cut back on some sugar. If you can not decide whether to bake an oatmeal cookie or a peanut butter cookie or a choco chip cookie, this cookie is for you. De-lish and worthwhile!
