Tasty Lentil Tacos
Awesome! Everyone in my family enjoyed this. I've made this several times. The other day I used a Taco Dinner kit that included the taco seasoning packet. I just added the seasoning packet to the dried lentils and water and cooked them until they were tender.

Fluffy Biscuits
I made these for my husband and son and they really enjoyed them. They prefer a sweeter biscuit so I increased the sugar to 1/2 cup. I will definitely be making these again. Thanks for the recipe!

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies
Yum! I have been searching for a gluten free cookie and this is the best one I've found so far! What's even better is that it uses a few ingredients that I already normally buy. I added chocolate chips & vanilla extract to mine and they turned out great! They are really rich, the perfect way to satisfy a sweet tooth! Thanks for sharing :)
