Zucchini and Potato Bake

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2008
This was so good! I wanted some sort of side dish for steaks that we were grilling. I had just picked some small yellow zucchini from the garden and had some red potatoes in the pantry. I cut the potatos small and sliced the zucchini in 1/4 inch slices, added onion. I didn't have any red pepper. I tossed everything with olive oil then added the rest of the ingredients. I also found some broccoli that I had cut from the garden so I added that. It was delicious and everyone loved it! I will make again!!

Easy Cheesy Chicken I

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2006
I was looking for something quick to throw together so I didn't have to stress about dinner. This was it! I made a few changes though. I used 2 cans of cream of chicken soup and 1 can of nacho cheese soup. After cooking these all day I decided to make it a soup meal. I shredded the chicken and then I added frozen corn and took a box of rice-a-roni spanish rice (seaasoning packet as well). I also added a bit of water after the rice started cooking up. Next time I will add the rice sooner. We ate this over biscuits. YUM!

Blackberry Cobbler II

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2006
Quite possibly the BEST cobbler I have ever made and eaten! I follwed other suggestions and cut the suger to 1/4 cup in the crust and 2/3 cup in the berries. I also added 1/4 tsp cinnamon to both crust and berries. Cooked for 25 minutes and served with vanilla ice cream. I had a cast iron skillet so I made everything in that! Wonderful!

Fettuccini with Mushroom, Ham and Rose Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2005
This is one of my all time favorite recipes from this site. The whole family loves it! I don't like ham and I will make a ham just for the leftover ham to use in this recipe!! I sometimes use angel hair pasta or just plain spaghetti if I am out of the fettucini. I usually make a little extra sauce because it tastes so good to dip the french bread into.

Easy Biscuit Mixture

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2005
Excellent recipe. I usually use canned biscuits for biscuits and sausage gravy.Didn't feel like running to the store so I scaled this down and tried it. I will be making this again and doing a bigger batch so I can store it.
