I have degree in 2D Animation and I'm going back to school for my bachelors in Broadcast Journalism. I like comics. I do a lot of reading. I have my own radio show "Spooky Juice" on KSUA. I've been cooking since I was about 2 thanks to my mom. My favorite thing to do is to cook full feasts. I usually have a soup and/or salad, hor d'orvers, about 6 sides, a main dish, and I usually lean towards French pastries for dessert. Use French bread for French toast. The ugliest cake can still taste great. Properly reading the French cookbook I have on pastries and properly making Pte Choux filled with Crme Saint-Honor. My first pie crust that I ever did by myself....I misread some stuff and used TBSP instead of tsp. It was so bitter that it overpowered the pie.
